Banana Protein Balls (Zone Diet)

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง English Version

Ingredients (for 3 blocks):

24 g protein isolate (3 protein blocks) 80 g mashed banana (2 carb blocks) 35 g coconut flour (1 carb block + 2 fat blocks) 9 g crushed walnuts (3 fat blocks) 3 g shredded coconut (1 fat block)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except the walnuts and shredded coconut. Form the mixture into 6 small balls. Roll each ball in the crushed walnuts and coconut.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Each ball = 0.5 carb block

Optional:

Add sweetener to taste if you prefer it sweeter.
