Cabbage Rolls (Sarma) 12 blocks

Protein:

  • 504g lean mince or 156g soy granules

Carbs:

  • 130g carrots
  • 120g onion
  • 108g raw rice
  • 125g canned tomatoes
  • 180g mushrooms

Fats:

  • 30g olive oil
  • 10g walnuts

Wrap:

  • Sauerkraut leaves

Method

Mix the filling ingredients well (protein, vegetables, rice, and fats).
Wrap into sauerkraut leaves and roll tightly.
Cook slowly until the rice is soft and everything is well cooked and combined.
